Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives from UPS. If there is  any damage  please call us immediately at 1.888.876.3222.

Make sure that you keep all packaging boxes, labels, and foam protection. If there is any damage to with your order we will have UPS will come to inspect the package. You may also call the shipper. UPS can be reached at 1-800-742-5877.

All orders are insured so there is  not need to worry if a package arrives damage.

The package must be shipped back according to ups or fed ex requirments.

International Orders:

• All packages shipped outside of the Continental United States of America are considered international shipments.
• Shipments to Canada are shipped free of shipping charges (ground UPS only), but not duties or taxes.
• Warranty service is done in the US only.
• The Customer is responsible for all shipping, customs fees, brokerage fees and any other delivery fees associated with delivery of the package.
• We reserve the right to choose the appropriate method and carrier for shipping.
• All packages are shipped insured.
• We do not guarantee transit times. "In Transit" times are determined by the carrier and are only estimates.
• Orders will not be shipped without verification of shipping costs by customer.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order we will be happy to exchange or credit your account less shipping charges and any extras that were encluded. 

Please return the machine via UPS  or Fed Ex, insured, keep a copy of the UPS or  Fed Ex receipt and tracking number. 

Allow 3 weeks for processing.

Please return all original packaging, warranty card, instruction booklets, paperwork, etc.

Machines should be cleaned and free of water before shipping.
Extract water through the steaming wand and brew group.
Any water left in the machine can freeze causing extensive damage. - Voiding this Guarantee.
